All plans prepaid one month in advance, except Pay As You Go where we require a  twenty five dollar bond. Please send us a cheque for the first month and we will send you out a auto payment form for you to fill out, service will start when the cheque clears. Alternatively deposit the first month in our account, we will send the details after we receive your signup information if required.
Excess hours charged at one dollar and ninety five cents.
All plans come with E-mail i.e. username@akaroanz.co.nz, web mail (check your mail anywhere in the world on any internet capable computer), antivirus and spam control.

Customers must stay on the plan for a minimum of one month.
*BUT You cannot run servers; use static IP addresses or provide any public information service from a computer connected via a flat rate plan.
Flat rate does not entitle you to a permanent Internet access connection, this simply means you turn off your connection when it is not being used.
